Our Story

It started with two hives and a father who wanted his sons to understand where food comes from.

Woodbridge Honey is a family business founded by Arthur and his sons, Jack and Henry. We craft small-batch creamed honey by hand in Lilburn, Georgia — slowly, carefully, and with a genuine love for the craft. As UGA Certified Beekeepers and Food Safe Certified producers, we practice sustainable beekeeping, nurturing our colonies responsibly while stepping in with care when our bees need us. The result is honey that's as pure and honest as the family behind it.

Our creamed honey has earned recognition from trained judges at the Georgia Beekeepers Association Honey Show — but the praise we treasure most comes from the customers and neighbors who come back jar after jar.

Arthur started keeping bees because he believed his boys should know where real food comes from — and that some of life's best lessons happen outdoors, close to nature. What began as two backyard hives has grown into a small family business rooted in that same belief.

Jack builds much of our beekeeping equipment by hand, combining craftsmanship with a quiet ingenuity that makes our operation better every season. He's also a Master Birder, and his deep understanding of wildlife and pollinators shapes the way our whole family thinks about the ecosystems we're a part of.

Henry brings our honey to life at the Lilburn Farmers Market, where he greets customers, shares our story, and represents everything this business stands for — all while working toward his Eagle Scout rank. Watching him talk about bees with strangers who become regulars is one of our proudest moments as a family.

Together, we love bringing our Observation Hive with live bees to community events, where families get to see the bees up close, ask questions, and discover how honey is really made. Turning curiosity into appreciation for these incredible pollinators is something we never get tired of.

We're proud members of the Georgia Beekeepers Association, the Tara Beekeepers Association, and the Metro Atlanta Beekeepers Association, where we continue to learn, grow, and connect with the beekeeping community we love.

Every jar of Woodbridge Honey reflects who we are — a family committed to sustainability, craftsmanship, education, and sharing the natural sweetness of the hive with our community.

This is the honey we make for our neighbors, our friends, and our farmers market regulars. We'd love to share it with you.
